We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the slopes of the mountains in this beautiful area. The spacious and clean rooms comfortably accommodated three adults, and the hotel provided complimentary WiFi. The staff was polite and helpful, organizing transportation for us and providing excellent room service. The hotel's location was very near the cultural center and offered fine views of the surrounding spice gardens. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and appreciated the convenience of a fridge in our room. our experience at this hotel was wonderful.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The menu at the restaurant could use some improvement in terms of variety and ensuring proper cooking of ingredients.

Our romantic escape to the hotel was perfect! the room was spacious and had a beautiful view. We loved having tea in the balcony! the staff was amazing, they were friendly, and helpful in every way. the location was perfect, it was easy to find and was close to all the attractions. We especially enjoyed the nearby tea estate! the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.
The pricing. We found that some of the amenities could have been included at the current rate.
